Our original Top Tips and Handy Hints has proved very popular and saved so many lives that we have decided to share yet more proven great ideas........if you have any others please tell us and you could win a barely used GPS.....................!

1) If you want to know when it is going to rain keep a Jersey handy at all times. When it lies down you know you are going to get wet! If you haven't got a Jersey a Friesan will do!
N.B. If you need to travel light pack a calf instead.

2) If you are walking on your own and feeling a bit down or lonely just scream "Help me, Help me" as loudly as you can and you'll soon be surrounded by lots of new friends. This also works in the pub and almost guarantees you a seat on a busy night.

3) If you are going up a very steep hill and are feeling a bit tired and achy then don't worry! Just turn around and walk up backwards. It's like walking downhill but with the added benefit of getting to the top instead. Easy.
